Conference "From Gene to Patient".
Calpain 3 Deficiency Knee Muscular Dystrophy
The conference, organized in collaboration with the Italian Association Calpaine 3 (AICa3), with the help of national and international experts wants to provide an updated picture of the state of the art in the diagnosis and therapeutic and rehabilitation perspectives of cingular dystrophy; the event also aims to create a working network between doctors and researchers that can open new experimental studies. In order to keep the role of patients always at the centre of attention of doctors and researchers, space will also be given to the testimonies of some patients, who will share with the audience their experiences and their questions.

The registration fee is:
⇒ € 40,00 for physicians, physiotherapists, nurses, speech therapists, neuro and psychomotricity therapists, occupational therapists, psychologists, biologists, researchers and other professions.
The fee includes conference kit, certificate of attendance, CME certificate if entitled, coffee break, buffet and simultaneous translation
⇒ free of charge for students, patients and their companions/family members

Cancellation and refund
In case of cancellation received by fax by November 2, 2015 will be refunded 80% of the fee. Beyond that date the full fee will be withheld.
